"Stella and Dot LOVE IT!"
Just bought a bunch of earrings and bracelets from them, love it, such a beautiful design and great quality. When i was talking to the reps she was so nice and met all my needs. Definitely going to buy from them again.

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at stella & dot?

“It is impossible. They only have a email to contact them and they sent form replies that clearly show they do not read the messages. Very poor as a relationship selling business as the consultants have to deal with the fall out due to their lack of service.”

Does stella and dot train the new employees on sales, techniques, customer service, or anything about how to describe the jewelry ie materials used?
